It should be emphasised that I work client-side only - not as construction contractor, D&B operator or any other type of supplier - simply as the provider of independent support and professional management services.
Each project is of course different however my aims include safely guiding you through the project process, taking away daily pressures, formulating the Project Brief/control documents, assisting in budgeting/time scaling and helping structure the right external team/suppliers - whilst enabling you to focus on “your day job”.

As well as being able to tap into over fifteen years of my own industry experience, across projects of all sizes, you also can be assured of the highest levels of care, attention and professionalism - from project inception to snag-free handover.
