You may already have decided upon a chosen building, however if this is not the case then it is advised that we work with a qualified and experienced Commercial Agent to:
- establish exact search criteria
- launch a full trawl of properties available in the preferred geographical area
- draw up a long list of qualifying buildings
- produce a shortlist based upon an objective scoring process
- conduct a feasibility study on favoured buildings
- establish occupational efficiency, fitout budgets and timescales prior to final commitment
Again working with the agent, lease terms and incentives can be negotiated, lawyers appointed and final documentation completed.
