Client care is as much an attitude of mind as an actual task list, however some of the things that my role includes are:
- protecting your interests
- shielding you against the inevitable inundation of potential suppliers
- independent, objective advice and guidance
- explaining the project process in advance
- ensuring the project is conducted and delivered to full satisfaction
- allowing you minimum of disruption whilst doing your "day job"
- applying my own experience, knowledge and skills as appropriate
- performing the role of "informed/ intelligent client" particularly if extensive experience is not present in-house
- providing general management of other project elements as required
